Professional, sympathetic and efficient coordination of high end customer event involving Chinese guests invited by a luxury watch manufacturer.
Presentation and guides of great quality.
Hospitality Manager-Luxury watch industry,
We selected Swiss Riviera tour to help us with the organization of a company day in the Lavaux. The team was very reactive to our request and we quickly defined a tour that fitted our expectations. On the D Day, we had last minute changes that the team resolved very efficiently. The organizers present during the tour were always available for explanations. The day was perfect and we only had positive feedbacks from our employees. We will definitely recommend Swiss Riviera Wine Tours to other companies.

I just wanted to thank you and your team again for a perfect night. All our guests really enjoyed the evening.
Swiss Riviera Wine Tours was strongly recommended by our concierge so we made an appointment. This private adventure was a pure treat! Our guide was friendly, funny and incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the wine. We did the Chablais tour in a private luxury van. It was too fantastic. We had to do another so we took the Lavaux tour too. We were immediately impressed by the views of the properties. We were able to see a lot more of the vineyards this way and it was nice to have someone who knew the good restaurants to enjoy the famous filet de perche.
The wines were delightful. The Chablais was shockingly fresh. Some had bright, luscious melon and papaya aromas. This wine is all about the texture. They had a great finish that lingers for a bit with good acidic structure. The Lavaux wines were lush with tastes of dried cinnamon, spices, cherries and just a slight herbaceous note. They had nice acidity and were really mouthwatering. All were wonderful on the palette, stretching out across your whole tongue and leaving you wanting more. I wish we could find more Swiss wines in California.
I guess we’ll just have to come back.
Thanks Nic and Swiss Riviera Wine Tours for an unforgettable experience. We cannot wait to see you again.
We tried to book a group tour with Swiss Riviera Wine Tours a day before the tour date. After submitting an inquiry online we received a prompt reply. The tours were full but given the ideal weather and conditions on Lake Geneva, Nicolas offered us a private tour using his magnificently restored 1966 Riva Super Florida powerboat. We would meet him at Vevey, tour the farmer's market, have a picnic lunch, navigate up the western shore of Lake Geneva, and have a wine tasting during our tour of the famous Chateau de Chillon.
We were excited upon booking but little did we imagine how memorable the experience would be! It was, by far, one of the best tours among all our travels across continents. We enjoyed the weather, the lake, the boat, the scenery, the food, the wines, and above all, Nicolas’ company.
Thank you so much for a wonderful time! We surely look forward to another visit.
It was great meeting you and thank you for the tour, our guests had a good time and it was certainly an interesting experience.

My husband and I were lucky to come across Swiss Riviera Wine Tours through a mutual friend. After spending a few days at the Montreux Jazz Festival, we spotted Nic's beautiful Riva boat skimming through the water. A day later, my husband and I hopped on "Sunshine", and enjoyed one of the most memorable, fun and scenic hours during our summer holiday. We drove by stunning homes, passed through the tranquil natural reserve across Montreux, stopped at the Chillon Castle and enjoyed a grand time admiring our surroundings. Seeing the wine town of Villeneuve at the very eastern edge of Lake Geneva is a treat not to be missed. The sun shimmered over the lake showing us the densely planted hillsides of Lavaux, and the transition into the cooler, more sheltered Chablais wine country. What made our time extra special was Nic's naturally accommodating nature as well as his rich knowledge of everything we saw, from the rare types of animal species found at the natural reserve to the interesting history of Montreux as well as other information about the charming and diverse Swiss municipality. All in all, our time on the Riva was one of the highlights of our trip! If you find yourself in Montreux, Switzerland, I would definitely contact Swiss Riviera Wine Tours for a chance to experience Montreux and its alluring surroundings from the best view possible.
We wish to thank Swiss Riviera Wine Tours for the excellent organisation and warm welcome you gave to us all.
Despite being a group of over 60 guests, you managed to make the experience both informative and intimate.
The added plus of the wonderful weather and being able to watch the competitors of the Bol d'Or yacht race from the terrace of the exclusive winery where we had our lunch made the day one to remember.
A special thanks to Nicolas for his patience and good advice!

My heartfelt thanks to Nicolas and the team at Swiss Riviera Wine Tours for a wonderful evening. The location was impressive, everyone really appreciated the country style atmosphere and the excellent wines produced at the vineyards. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank you all for making our group so welcome ! The rain may have stopped us walking around the vineyard but there was plenty of wine, cheese and good company to make it a real pleasure. A really well-organized evening that was a great success!
Thanks again Nicolas !

We want to let you know that we enjoyed our day immensely. You do a great job to make the experience special. The private cave tour and boat ride, made the already great trip even better. It was hard not to seem like we were bragging when people asked us how we enjoyed our day.

The tour with Swiss Riviera Wine Tours through the Lavaux vineyard terraces was the ideal kick-off to our event in Montreux. Nicolas and his crew were able to gain the attention of our guests right from the beginning and shared their knowledge of winemaking in the region in a well-balanced mix of facts and anecdotes. They proved to be excellent hosts and entertainers and I am convinced, the tour left lasting impressions with our guests.

"We learned so much about the local wine industry and its history. The wine tastings were paired with wonderful food including cheese and chocolate! I would highly recommend this tour for your families or for your corporate groups; especially any high end corporate groups. They will be impressed!"

My wife and I have traveled to Europe on numerous occasions. Among our favorite activities, when exploring a new country or region, are small group wine tours. We recently made our first trip to Geneva and we both felt that meeting and touring with Nic was the highlight of our visit to this incredibly beautiful part of Switzerland. Nic has an engaging and easy-going personality and he is extremely knowledgable about the history, economy and wine and food offerings of this area. We absolutely benefitted from his familiarity with local wine producers and we enjoyed some of the area's best wine offerings. Nic is a wonderful guide and there's really no better way to see and explore the vineyards of this region! We're anxious to return!
We wanted a non alcoholic tour that would take us to places 'off the beaten path,' which we love, and Swiss Riviera Wine Tours certainly did that! Each of the locations we went to were special and the fact that we were able to enjoy the grape juice and have an explanation of the vine, grapes, and history of the Lavaux was delightful. Having a private apero on the water at the Villa Mycena was an unexpected treat that we will forever cherish. Thank you all for the excellent planning and Swiss quality!
As a corporate event it was extremely successful. It surprised, entertained and informed. It was amazing to have an explanation of the wines, accompanying foods and regions of origin. Simon is a true professional and made the day really enjoyable for the whole group.
As a large group (70 guests) we have been more than excited after this day. Both the cooperation before the event and the guidance during the tour exceeded our expectations. We can highly recommend the team of Swiss Riviera Wine Tours for private tours in the Lavaux area.

A marvellous tour - really well organised. I did not know what to expect. However, it far exceeded all. You know your stuff and do not make people feel lacking in knowledge whilst sharing information. Simon, you are also great company and easy-going. I was impressed how you always got the group to all the different places on time. I would happily recommend this tour to friends and colleagues.

"Swiss Riviera Wine Tours - S for stimulating, R for resourceful, W for worth every cent, T for tremendous.
The four or us were privileged to spend 4 hours in the company of Nicolas and Lloyd who, after a most warm welcome when they picked us up, guided, informed, entertained and interested us.
Impossible not to be taken up by their own natural enthusiasm. They were mines of information not only on wine-making and tasting but on the historical and geographical aspects of the region. Never a dull moment, thanks also to their sense of humour!
Excellent value for money."
I was in charge of organizing the final training day for our students, so I asked Matthew from the Swiss Riviera Wine Tours outdoor team to propose a half-day tour focusing on the environment. Matthew lead us on foot through Lavaux vineyards and on the way gave us so much interesting information about cultural and historical aspects of the region, providing a totally new insight on the landscape we were passing through. Matthew also made sure we got the best “terroir apéritif” at the end of the walk! All participants were simply thrilled by the day.
You can follow Matthew with your eyes closed; he is a genuine professional and knows the region inside-out, both culturally and from Nature's perspective. Matthew is also a geologist, and as a member of the Swiss Riviera Wine Tours team, he leads wonderful walks and reveals the landscape to you, not only with his science but also with his heart. And by the way, you might as well open your eyes (and your lips to the wines!), you won't be disappointed!
